Christus Rex et Redemptor Mundi

Simon has finally regained the ability to say, “Jesus”. It was his first word, like 600 years ago, and then he stopped talking for 6 months, presumably to focus on growing himself to bully size. For a while, he would say the word, “pope”, whenever anything spiritual was under consideration. Including a crucifix. “No, Simon, the pope did not die on a cross for the redemption of the world.” Though some people think we think that. But now he says Jesus again. Which is pleasing to me. So we sat at the computer last night going through Google Images of Jesus. And I found this particular piece absolutely arresting.
